Cleansing darkness oath set does not apply CDR effect

Cleansing Darkness set doesn't apply the 10% CDR from the [Radiant Cleanse] effect. e.g. my own CDR is listed as 36.23%. It should be 42.6%. Found this while I was translating dfogang score to equipment score and vice versa for some projects. I found out during this that dfogang score is within 4,800 to 5,200x our ingame equipment score. Several people told me this approximation was not holding up for their characters, and I realized that in all of the cases that someone's score on dfogang was drastically lower, they had cleansing darkness equipped and their listed CDR on dfogang was incorrect.
